Glow

The sun came, the eye grew bright; a fish swam in the clear spring, and the pebbles with its leaping and darting were wetted by the water. The grass grew tall, washed its limbs with pure drops. The planet turned; the wall of darkness stole the light from the eyes; it grew dark, dark. In the depth of the darkness upon the eyelids was the image of the fish: a small fish gliding in the bright spring, wetting the stones and grasses with its mischievous leaping and darting in the soft waters...
